The Zippy’s Guest Satisfaction Survey was designed to help the customers to share their experience with Zippy’s. If you recently visited Zippy Restaurant, please take the survey to help the restaurant management to gauge how well they are doing. By answering the questions asked in the survey about your experience with them, they will know what they up to you and can also know how they are doing in order to meet your expectations.

Zippy’s Restaurant:

Zippy’s is a combination fast-food and casual dining restaurant chain in Hawaii. The restaurant was founded by the brothers Francis and Charles Higa on October 17, 1966. At first, the Higa brothers were going to open a car wash, but they ended up creating a restaurant. The kitchen was located in the back of the Zippy’s McCully fast food operation. At the time, the zip code was gaining popularity because it was a faster and more efficient way for mail to arrive. The Higa brothers liked the idea of zip codes and they wanted their restaurant to have the same kind of service, resulting in the name Zippy’s.  Jason Higa is now the current CEO.

Every year, Zippy’s helps out with different organizations as a part of their two-month support program. Some of the organizations that they have helped are, Help Understanding and Group Support (HUGS), the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the American Diabetes Association, and Laulima Hawaii.

The Zippy’s Guest Satisfaction Survey:


  • You will need a smart device such as a phone, tablet or PC.
  • You will need a stable internet connection.
  • You will need to understand English.
  • You will need to have Zippy’s receipt/invoice.
  • You will also need a survey invitation which should be found on the invoice itself.
  • You need a few minutes to yourself to complete the survey.

  2. Enter the restaurant number.
  3. Enter the Check number.
  4. Enter the date and time of your visit.
  5. Then answer a few questions about your last experience at the restaurant, such as whether there were specials available and were you greeted at the door.
  6. You are also welcomed to provide any additional information or feedback that you feel may be helpful to the company.
